By using vvstreams.site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

What this site is

This is an independent information and download page for the VVStreams Android application. It is not the app, the app’s developer, a broadcaster, a league, or a streaming service. The site provides file details, installation notes and links to a release hosted elsewhere.

The site is free to read. No account or subscription is required to use it.

Download and licence

The APK is made available by its developer through GitHub. Your download is between you and that release host. This site does not host the file and cannot guarantee that a release will remain available, unchanged or compatible with your device.

Any licence to use the app comes from the app’s developer or the terms shipped with the app. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to the app, its content, or any broadcast.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use this site to break any law or to infringe the rights of another person;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape the site at a volume that interferes with normal use;
• misrepresent this site as an authorised source for any league, team, broadcaster or app.

You are responsible for checking that installing an Android APK is permitted on your device and in your region, and for complying with the terms of any service you access through the app.

Third-party services

The site links to GitHub and uses Histats for analytics. Those services are independent and have their own terms and privacy policies. This site does not control their availability, content or data practices.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made about accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the safety of any file offered by a third party. File details are checked in good faith but can change when a developer publishes a new build.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, this site and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, device problems, service interruption, or losses arising from your use of the app or of a linked third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights you may have.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The revision date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
